Mr. Pelser has a vast experience in Mining Engineering and water related project developments. He is also the chairman of Lebalelo Water User Association, chairman of the Limpopo Joint Water Forum, member of SAIMM and SACMA, as well as a Director of RPM mines.

Ms Mokou has extensive experience in nursing and banking. She is also a Non-Executive Director of Sekoko Resources (Pty) Limited, an emerging Black owned mining company in Limpopo and a member of the Polokwane Municipality Audit Committee.

She is a member of various business institutions and associations (BWASA,IBA,SAWIC,WFH,SAWIMA)
